Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room setup was terrible, lacking basic amenities. The shower was atrocious, reminiscent of a prison shower. The decor was bad. I wouldn't stay here again regardless of the great location.

The location was super convenient, just a short walk from the Red Light District and other attractions. I appreciated that my room was clean and quiet, despite the busy neighborhood outside. A strong point was the friendly staff member, who carried my luggage up three flights of stairs with a smile. The location in a lively nightlife area was convenient. The room I received was unkempt and not ready upon check-in, and I had a distressing experience retrieving my belongings from the trash due to miscommunication. The cold showers added to the discomfort was great this stay quite challenging despite some positive aspects.
